I firmly believe that the right to worship and live in safety and security is a fundamental human right that must be respected and protected. I stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and strongly condemn the use of force and violence against them. I urge Canada and the international community to take swift and decisive action to hold Israel accountable for these human rights violations. I believe it is crucial for the Canadian government to take an immediate, strong, and firm stance. Specifically, Canada Must do the following urgent actions: Publicly speak out and condemn the actions of the Israeli regime clearly and unequivocally. Recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in this matter so that criminal violations of international law in the region can be appropriately investigated and prosecuted. It is essential to stand up for human rights consistently. Ban all illegal settlement products from entering Canada, and immediately mandate the labeling of those products in the same way the EU does. In conclusion, we reiterate our strong condemnation of the recent attacks on Al-Aqsa mosque and the escalating violence against Palestinians.
